HoCo® FAQs

The HoCo® Hob Cover is the perfect addition to your kitchen. Read these FAQ from customers to learn more about it. Please get in touch if you have a different query or take a look at the Terms & Conditions to see if your question is answered there.

  • Can you put the cover over the top when it has only just been turned off?

    Yes

  • How long will it take for me to receive my HoCo® Hob Cover?

    Standard size/colour hob covers should arrive within 3-5 days of order.

  • Does the surface scratch/chip very easily?

    The surface is very resilient but do not use the cover as a chopping board! Place a cloth or towel on the cover before putting anything on top of it. In time, marks and scratches will appear due to normal wear and tear, as with most items. This is NOT enamel.

  • Why are there holes in the edge of my HoCo® Hob Cover?

    The holes are there to hang the cover when powder-coating.

  • What different colours are available other than the standard colours?

    Please get in touch.

  • Is the cover a splash back too?

    The HoCo® Hob Cover is not sold as a splash back, although some customers have enough room at the back of their hob to lean the cover up against the wall and use it in this way. The underside isn't always a perfect finish due to the nature of the aluminium, so it isn't sold as a splash back.
